As principal of the Henderson Group, Rebecca’s experience in a wide range of both HR and Commercial environments led her to realise that many businesses were either avoiding difficult areas due to fear, or not being well served by the major “one size fits all” business consultancies.
An experienced large scale Resourcing and HR strategist, Rebecca’s experience is grounded in project delivery in manufacturing, distribution, financial services and governmental environments. Used to the fast pace of legislative changes, she has been able to successfully deliver requirements from large scale redundancy support to Greenfield manufacturing and logistics site start-up. Recently, she has been able to add top level creative industry clients as well as non-governmental organisation projects to her extensive list of clients.
Other key clients have included Zurich Financial Services, Business Link, Gloucestershire Enterprise Business Services, The Cello Group, Chorion, Dyson, Avon Metals, Booker Distribution, Dairy Crest and the NHS. She specialises in SME support, Business change including TUPE and has a considerable Employment Tribunal track record.
